Please remember that Teachers and Staff who are having issues with their computers, printers and other electronic hardware need to submit a Schooldude IT Maintenance Request in order to have it fixed and corrected. There have been far too many problems in the past with our limited technology staff getting snagged on one job while trying to fix another. Another issue is when people call us leaving a message or voicemailinstead of submitting it via the proper methods. We simply cannot keep track of the requested jobs this way.
Using SchoolDude to request IT maintnenace allows us to keep a record of all required maintenance, and allows us to prioritize current jobs and research past issues. This is now the only acceptable way of requesting maintenance from our department, except in emergency situations.
